Partner Program Terms

By generating an affiliate link and participating in the TicketsZetu Partner Program, you agree to the following revenue-sharing and compliance terms.

1. Commission Structure & Earnings

As a TicketsZetu Partner, you earn a 20% commission on the platform fees generated by any new Organizer who signs up using your unique referral link.

  • Commissions are calculated strictly on the TicketsZetu platform fee, not the total face value of the ticket sold.
  • Payment gateway fees (e.g., M-Pesa, Stripe charges) are deducted before the platform fee commission is calculated.
  • You will continue to earn this 20% commission on the referred Organizer's ticket sales for the lifetime of their account, provided you remain an active and compliant Partner.

2. Payouts & Withdrawals

To ensure platform stability and prevent fraud, payouts are subject to the following rules:

  • Minimum Threshold: You must accrue a minimum of KES 1,000 in cleared commissions before initiating a withdrawal.
  • Clearance Period: Commissions are held in a pending state for 7 days after the associated event concludes to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.
  • Payout Methods: Payouts are processed exclusively via M-Pesa to the verified mobile number registered on your Partner Dashboard.

3. Restricted Promotional Methods

Any violation of the following restrictions will result in immediate termination of your Partner account and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

  • • Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to create secondary Organizer accounts to receive a discount on your own events.
  • • Brand Bidding (PPC): You are strictly prohibited from running Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads bidding on trademarked terms like "TicketsZetu", "Tickets Zetu", or misspellings on Google Ads, Bing, or Meta.
  • • Spam & Deception: You may not send unsolicited emails (spam), impersonate TicketsZetu staff, or misrepresent the platform's features or pricing to secure sign-ups.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked using cookies that last for 30 days. If an Organizer clicks your link but signs up 31 days later, or clears their browser cookies before signing up, the referral will not be attributed to you. TicketsZetu is not responsible for untracked referrals due to ad-blockers or privacy browsers.

5. Modification & Termination

TicketsZetu reserves the right to modify the commission rate, payout thresholds, or terms of this agreement at any time with 14 days' notice to active partners. We also reserve the right to terminate any Partner account immediately, without notice, if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the system, or violation of these terms.
