Tickets & Delivery
How do I receive my tickets?
Once your payment is confirmed, your tickets are instantly sent to your email address as a PDF. You can also access them anytime by logging into your TicketsZetu dashboard under 'My Tickets'.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't! You can simply present the QR code on your phone at the event entrance. Our scanners will verify your digital ticket in seconds.
What if I didn't receive my confirmation email?
Please check your 'Spam' or 'Promotions' folder first. If it's not there, log into your account to download the ticket directly, or contact our support team with your phone number and transaction ID.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes, some events allow ticket transfers. Go to your dashboard, select the ticket, and enter your friend's email address to initiate a secure transfer.
Payments & Refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
We primarily support M-Pesa STK Push for instant checkout. We also accept major Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and other mobile money wallets depending on the event region.
What is your refund policy?
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled or significantly rescheduled. Please check the specific event page for their terms.
How long do refunds take to process?
If a refund is approved, it typically takes 3-5 business days to reflect in your M-Pesa account or original payment method.

How do I start selling tickets?
Click on 'Create Event' in the header to set up your organizer profile. You can create your first event, set ticket prices, and start selling in under 5 minutes.
How do I get paid for my ticket sales?
We offer automated payouts. You can withdraw your earnings to your M-Pesa number or Bank account directly from your Organizer Dashboard at any time.
How do I scan tickets at the door?
Download the TicketsZetu Scanner App (available for Android and iOS). Log in with your staff credentials to start scanning QR codes for fast guest entry.
Account & Security
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full card details on our servers. All transactions are processed via secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Sign In' and select 'Forgot Password'. We will send a secure link to your registered email address to help you set a new one.
